It’s going to be a howling good time at Shaq’s Riverside Dog Park on Oct. 29. The Riverside Dog Park Committee is once again hosting a dog costume contest for Halloween. “Howl-O-Ween” is an event for the whole family and organizers are hoping for an even bigger turnout than last year.
