The City of Scottsbluff has recently opened a new dog park. The Terry Carpenter Dog Park recently opened and is located just north of the Scottsbluff High School softball fields.
Citizens of Scottsbluff have long been requesting a dog park on the north side of the city and the city listened, according to a press release from the City of Scottsbluff.
